KEPCO has been served with an arbitration claim from KHNP seeking approximately USD 1.1 billion (KRW 1.66 trillion, 3.37% of equity) related to the UAE nuclear power plant Operating Support Services Contract, filed with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB)
The arbitration jurisdiction has been changed from the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) to KCAB, with KHNP filing the claim under case number KCAB/IA No. 26112-0010
KEPCO disagrees with the claimed amount and will actively defend through legal counsel
