Shinsegae I&C completed the disposal of EV charging station chargers and related assets to GS ChargeBee Co., Ltd. for 23.69B KRW (4.71% of total assets). The initial amount of 26.97B KRW was adjusted to 23.69B KRW after an amendment agreement on April 28, 2026, and the transaction closed on May 29, 2026.
The purpose is to strengthen core competitiveness by focusing on AI and cloud businesses. Proceeds from the sale will be reinvested into core operations.
