Douzone Bizon Corrects Investment Plan for Chuncheon Innovation Park PFV; Investment to Be Made Upon Meeting Ministry Conditions
Douzone Bizon plans to acquire 3.92 million shares (37.3%, KRW 39.2B) of Biotech Innovalley PFV for the development of Chuncheon Enterprise Innovation Park (AI-based data center and bio/pharma ecosystem), representing 7.1% of its equity (KRW 554.8B).
