Kyung Nam Pharm approved an amendment to its articles of incorporation at an extraordinary general meeting on May 26, 2026.
The amendment adds three new business purposes: wholesale/retail and manufacturing of pet supplies, feed production and sales, and alcoholic beverage import/export and distribution.
