PhilEnergy corrected its disclosure on the new dormitory facility investment of KRW 23 billion (filed on March 26, 2025), extending the completion deadline by 7 months from 2026-05-31 to 2026-12-31
The investment amount of KRW 23 billion remains unchanged, representing 17.3% of equity capital (KRW 132.96 billion)
The purpose is to secure workforce and improve employee welfare through dormitory facilities
Funding will be a mix of internal funds and bank borrowings
