SK Gas renews 781.8 billion won debt guarantee for SK Gas Trading LLC

SK Gas decided to renew the debt guarantee for its overseas subsidiary SK Gas Trading LLC, with a guarantee amount of 781.82 billion won (24.86% of equity).
The guarantee period is from June 6, 2026 to June 6, 2027, and the creditors are Mizuho Bank (LA), SMBC Bank (NY), Woori Bank (NY), KEB Hana Bank (LA), and KB Kookmin Bank (London).
This disclosure is a correction changing the start date of the guarantee from June 7, 2026 to June 6, 2026, approved by the board on May 22, 2026.
Total outstanding guarantees amount to 2,973,452,615,400 won. As of end-2025, SK Gas Trading LLC had total equity of 57.032 billion won and net income of 15.053 billion won.
