SK Gas decided to renew a debt guarantee for its subsidiary SK Gas Trading LLC amounting to 781.8 billion KRW (24.86% of equity) to secure bank credit lines
The guarantee period is from June 7, 2026 to June 6, 2027 (for Woori Bank NY, until June 4, 2027)
Creditors include Mizuho Bank (LA), SMBC Bank (NY), Woori Bank (NY), KEB Hana Bank (LA), and KB Kookmin Bank (London)
Total outstanding debt guarantee balance after this renewal is 2,973,452,615,400 KRW
