SKC completed the rights offering and subsequent public offering of unsubscribed shares, issuing 11,730,000 shares (approx. 1.167 trillion won), with payment date of 2026-05-22.
New shares are scheduled to be listed on 2026-06-08.
The issue price is approximately 99,500 won per share, a discount of about 19% from the reference price of 122,900 won.
This results in a dilution of approximately 31% relative to the existing 37,868,298 shares outstanding.
