Decision to acquire 33.4% stake worth 49.4 billion won for Goyang Janghang district development project
Kye-Ryong Construction decided to acquire 33.4% stake (9.88 million shares) in Kye-Ryong KB Goyang No.7 Trust Real Estate Investment Company for 49.4 billion won in cash to participate in the Goyang Janghang B4BL public-supported private rental housing development project.
The acquisition is expected on May 27, 2026, subject to change based on the capital increase process.
The acquisition amount represents 4.99% of equity (990.9 billion won) and 1.53% of total assets (3.22 trillion won).
