Autech's Largest Shareholder Gang Seong-hee Increases Holdings via On-Market Purchase of Bonds with Warrants (Stake 34.18%)
Total shares held by Gang Seong-hee and his special relations increased by 279,082 shares from 8,264,239 to 8,543,321, but the stake slightly decreased from 34.29% to 34.18% due to an increase in total outstanding shares.
The reporter Gang Seong-hee and special relation Kang Shin-wook purchased Bonds with Warrants (BW) on the market, acquiring an additional 118,900 and 74,141 shares respectively (total 193,041 shares).
Autech's total outstanding shares increased from 24,100,526 to 24,994,848 due to the exercise of warrants on previously issued BW (894,322 shares).
Kang Shin-wook and Kang Shin-hyung have lent some of their shares to Gang Seong-hee (450,000 and 260,000 shares respectively), and 490,202 shares held by Kang Shin-hyung are pledged to Industrial Bank of Korea as collateral.
