Compared to the previous report (April 20), his holdings of specific securities increased from 5,404,880 to 5,523,780 shares (+118,900 shares), while the ownership ratio decreased from 22.43% to 22.10% (down 0.33%p).
Common stock holdings and ratio (5,404,880 shares, 21.62%) remained unchanged.
The decrease in ownership ratio is due to an increase in total outstanding shares (894,322 shares) from the exercise of BW by other holders.
