Decision to Issue ELS of 9 Series Worth KRW 48 Billion
NH Investment & Securities is issuing a total of 9 ELS series (N2 ELS 300th to 308th) with a total offering amount of KRW 48 billion.
Total issuance expenses are KRW 24 million, and net proceeds amount to KRW 479.7 billion.
Underlying assets include domestic and international stocks and indices such as Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, KOSPI200, S&P500, EuroStoxx50, Micron Technology, Tesla, and Palantir Technologies.
Maturities range from 1 to 3 years, and all are principal-guaranteed-equity-linked securities with a maximum loss rate of 100%.
The raised funds will be used for hedging transactions for repayment and investment in high-grade debt securities.
