NH Investment & Securities Decides to Issue 14 ELS Series Totaling KRW 77.5 Billion
NH Investment & Securities issued 14 series of principal non-guaranteed equity-linked securities (ELS) (Nos. 24771-24784) totaling KRW 77,529,100,000.
Each series has an offering amount of KRW 3 billion to 10 billion, maturity of 1-3 years, and underlying assets including domestic and foreign stocks and indices such as Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, Tesla, Micron, etc.
The proceeds will be used for hedging and other operational purposes, with no dilution or change in existing shareholders' equity.
Issuer credit rating is AA+ (Korea Ratings, March 2026), the securities are unlisted and not covered by the Deposit Protection Act.
