EGM Results: Appointment of Inside Director Kim Jeong-su and Auditor Han Ji-yoo (Approval Rates 32.3% and 28.0%)

At the EGM held on May 21, 2026, both the appointment of inside director Kim Jeong-su (32.3% approval, 99.7% among attending shareholders) and auditor Han Ji-yoo (28.0% approval, 90.9% among attending shareholders) were approved.
New inside director Kim Jeong-su holds an MBA from Hanyang University, previously worked as a researcher at LG Electronics S/W OBU and as Vice President at IVenture Investment, and concurrently serves as CEO of AGEDB Technology Ltd. and Exicure Inc.
New auditor Han Ji-yoo graduated from Dongduk Women's University in Business Convergence, currently works as a manager at Tebuk Legal Corporation, and was appointed as a non-standing auditor.
Both proposals passed with 32.3% and 28.0% approval based on total outstanding voting shares, but with high approval rates of 99.7% and 90.9% among attending shareholders.
