Hana Pharm disclosed a reduction in its stake in Samjin Pharmaceutical from 8.33% (1,158,198 shares) to 1.22% (163,000 shares) via open market sales of 995,198 shares.
The sale is for simple investment purposes and does not affect management control.
Sales occurred between May 14 and May 19, 2026, at average prices ranging from KRW 23,250 to KRW 25,389.
Remaining 163,000 shares are held under a related party (largest shareholder Jo Dong-hoon).
