3-year maturity with monthly coupon payments: if underlying closes at or above 70% of initial price on coupon evaluation dates, pays 1.17% per month (14.04% p.a.), up to 36 payments.
Auto-call on 11 semi-annual evaluation dates: if underlying at or above 85% of initial price, early redemption at 100% of principal and coupon payments cease.
At maturity, if underlying at or above 75% of initial price, 100% principal; if below, 90% principal (maximum loss of 10%).
