Kyobo Securities is issuing 29.7 billion won worth of Equity-Linked Securities (ELS) linked to S&P500, EUROSTOXX50, and NIKKEI225 indices.
The ELS is a non-principal protected (high-risk) product, with potential total loss of principal depending on underlying asset price movements.
Proceeds will be used for hedging transactions related to underlying assets and investment in financial instruments.
Kyobo Securities' credit rating is AA- (as of 2025 by Korea Ratings and NICE Investors Service).
These securities are not listed on an exchange, and early redemption may result in principal loss.
