CS BEARING decided to extend a foreign currency payment guarantee for its subsidiary CS BEARING VIETNAM Co., Ltd.'s loan from Woori Bank Vietnam-Dongnai Branch (USD 6 million). Guarantee amount approx. KRW 10.8 billion (USD 7.2 million, at exchange rate 1,503.80 won).
Guarantee period: May 21, 2026 to May 20, 2027 (1 year).
Total outstanding guarantees after extension: approx. KRW 35.8 billion (USD 23.78 million).
Subsidiary's recent financials: total assets KRW 139.9 billion, equity KRW 39.2 billion, net profit KRW 10.0 billion (as of end-2025, unqualified audit opinion).
The guarantee amount represents 10.7% of the parent's equity (KRW 101.0 billion).
