Correction of Debt Guarantee for Indian Subsidiary (10M→12M USD)

INZI CONTROLS corrects an error in the debt guarantee balance for its subsidiary INZI CONTROLS INDIA LIMITED.
The guarantee amount increased from KRW 15,038,000,000 (USD 10,000,000) to KRW 18,045,600,000 (USD 12,000,000).
Consequently, the total debt guarantee balance changed from KRW 270,406,548,908 to KRW 273,414,148,908.
The guarantee amount accounts for 7.47% of equity (KRW 241,448,774,338).
The guarantee period is undetermined and will be disclosed upon finalization.
