KIWOOM Securities issues two series (1183rd, 1184th) of principal-guaranteed equity-linked bonds (ELB) linked to KOSPI200, totaling 19.9 billion won
Each series has an issue amount of 9.95 billion won, issue price of 9,950 won per security, 1,000,000 securities, maturity on June 5, 2029 (3-year)
Series 1183: auto-call condition at 80% of initial strike, annual coupon 5.90%; Series 1184: at 75%, annual coupon 5.20%
The bonds are unlisted, not protected by the Deposit Insurance Act, and the issuer's credit rating is AA (by KIS, NICE, and KMC)
Proceeds will be used for hedging transactions and investment in financial products
