Decision to Issue 9 ELS Products Worth KRW 45 Billion
Yuanta Securities Korea filed supplementary shelf registration statements for 9 ELS products (Nos. 5749–5757) to be issued on May 29, 2026.
Total issuance amounts to KRW 45 billion (each KRW 5 billion, issue price KRW 10,000), with underlying assets including KOSPI200, Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, Tesla, NVIDIA, Palantir, Micron, Alphabet, etc.
Classified as Level 1 (very high risk) complex financial investment products with principal non-guaranteed structure and maximum loss of 100%.
Proceeds will be used for hedging transactions and investments in financial instruments.
Issuer's credit rating is AA- (Korea Ratings, NICE, as of June 2025).
