MOT has signed a single supply contract for secondary battery assembly equipment: contract amount approximately 39.95 billion KRW (approx. 40 billion KRW), representing 52.95% of 2025 consolidated revenue of 75.45 billion KRW.
Payment terms: down payment 10% (3.995 billion KRW) at contract signing, interim payment 60% (23.97 billion KRW) after arrival inspection, balance 30% (11.985 billion KRW) after final inspection. Down payment not yet received, expected by end of May.
Contract period: from May 15, 2026 to March 1, 2027.
