Cellumed filed a payment order claim against Primecore Co., Ltd. for KRW 14 billion (44.86% of equity) with the Seoul Central District Court on May 15, 2026.
Due to a qualified audit opinion for FY2025, equity is based on the end-2024 consolidated capital total adjusted for changes in capital stock and capital surplus.
This legal action is to recover receivables related to prior loan decisions disclosed on April 21 and April 30, 2026.
The company will proceed with legal procedures, including demand costs of KRW 4,525,900.
