Aju Steel guarantees USD 29M debt of subsidiary Aju Steel USA
Aju Steel has decided to provide a joint guarantee for the debt of USD 29,000,000 (approx. KRW 43 billion) owed by its subsidiary Aju Steel USA, Inc. to POSCO International under a goods supply agreement. Guarantee period: 2026-06-02 ~ 2029-06-01.
The guarantee amount is 29.81% of equity (equity: KRW 144.4 billion). Total guarantee balance: KRW 165.2 billion (based on exchange rate as of May 13, 2026).
