The meeting will be held at 10:00 AM at the main hall on the 4th floor of the headquarters in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do. The record date for voting rights is May 28, 2026.
The company plans to adopt electronic voting to facilitate the meeting, with details to be disclosed later in the proxy solicitation documents.
