Hotel Shilla's subsidiary Shilla Travel Retail Hong Kong Limited extends debt guarantee to Shinhan Bank Hong Kong branch for HKD 150 million (approx. KRW 28.2 billion) for one year.
Guarantee period: 2026-05-22 to 2027-05-21, amount equivalent to 2.55% of equity (KRW 1.1 trillion).
The subsidiary has negative equity of KRW -49.8 billion and net loss of KRW 66.9 billion in the current year.
Total debt guarantee balance of Hotel Shilla stands at KRW 614.1 billion (including SGD 391 million and HKD 850 million).
