Coupang Fulfillment Services Signs 6.91 Billion Won Contract for Logistics Robot Automation Installation

Contract signed: Entered into a contract with Coupang Fulfillment Services (Coupang affiliate) for logistics robot automation solution installation, contract amount 6.91 billion KRW (excluding VAT).
Contract scale: Large-scale order equivalent to 52.93% of 2025 consolidated revenue (13.06 billion KRW).
Contract period: From July 1, 2026 to March 2, 2027 (approx. 8 months).
Payment terms: Down payment 30%, first interim payment (upon delivery) 20%, second interim payment (upon installation) 20%, balance (upon final inspection) 30% (each within 60 days).
Counterparty: Coupang Fulfillment Services Co., Ltd. (2025 revenue 5.5 trillion KRW, warehouse and transportation services).
