NH Investment & Securities' 24705th ELS actual issuance amount was KRW 2.869 billion, only 38.9% of the preliminary filing amount (KRW 7.367 billion).
The ELS features five auto-call barriers (1st-2nd: 85%, 3rd: 80%, 4th: 75%, 5th: 70%) and at maturity pays 161.5% if all underlyings are above 65% of initial or never fell below 20% during investment; otherwise principal loss based on worst performer.
Proceeds are used for hedging underlying assets, with issuance costs of only KRW 143,440 (issuance fee).
