Reason: simple clerical error. These shares are under a joint second-priority pledge (collateral) on common shares of Suseong Webtoon.
Purpose of collateral: to fulfill contractual obligations for the balance of acquisition of Toomics, not new borrowing.
Related debt: total 52,513,554,000 won (interest rates 5% and 8%, maturity after 2026).
