Disclosure of Related Party Transaction with LS M&M for Raw Material Purchases
Gaon Cable (2025 separate revenue KRW 1.4117 trillion) approved through its ESG Committee (all 3 outside directors present) a transaction to purchase raw materials from affiliate LS M&M in Q3 2026 (July-September) totaling KRW 188 billion (13.31% of revenue).
The transaction is structured as a negotiated contract with no sales to the affiliate.
