Previous report: ownership 45.73% → 45.88% (32,372,182 shares); Current report: ownership 45.55% → 45.70% (32,245,390 shares).
Reason for amendment: addition of previously unreported unexercised stock options totaling 103,920 shares (Kim Soo-yeon: 100,000 shares; Lee Seong-jun: 3,920 shares). Not for management control purposes.
