EGM Results: Election of Inside and Outside Directors Completed

Proposals to elect three inside directors (Park Kwang-beom, Lee Pyung-han, Kang Woo-cheol) and one outside director (Han Sang-hoon) were all approved at the extraordinary general meeting.
Approval rate of 99.9% for inside directors and 94.2% for outside director.
Ratio of shares voted to total voting shares: 35.7% for inside director items, 33.6% for outside director item.
Newly elected directors have a term of three years.
Outside director Han Sang-hoon also serves as outside director of Kyobo20 SPAC.
