Bohae Brewery conducted a 5:1 reverse stock split of common shares effective April 29, 2026.
Due to the reverse split, the largest shareholder, Changhae Ethanol Co., Ltd., saw its share count decrease from 29,895,938 to 5,979,187.
Total shares held by the largest shareholder and related parties decreased from 34,341,737 to 6,868,346, but their ownership percentage remained unchanged at 24.87%.
After the reverse split, total outstanding common shares decreased to 27,624,025, reflecting a 5:1 reduction from approximately 138,120,000 pre-split shares.
