Decided to extend bridge loan of 26.53 billion won (96.84% of equity) to fund senior residence development project in Dongin-dong, Daegu
After partial repayment of 2.03 billion won from existing bridge loan (28.56 billion won) upon maturity, remaining 26.53 billion won extended for 24 months (from 2026-05-17 to 2028-05-17)
Board resolution passed (2026-05-07) and borrowing limit approved at regular shareholders' meeting on 2026-03-31
Loan amount and conditions may change upon execution of senior PF, with subsequent correction disclosure as per regulations
