Kyobo Securities Issues Three ELNs with Low Subscription Rates

Kyobo Securities issued three equity-linked notes (ELNs) on May 4, 2026.
Issue 12464 (underlying KOSPI200, low risk) raised 749.7 million won vs. planned 9.93 billion won (subscription rate 7.5%).
Issue 12465 (underlying Samsung Electronics, normal risk) raised 873.6 million won vs. planned 14.925 billion won (subscription rate 5.9%).
Issue 12466 (underlying SK Hynix, normal risk) raised 2.7045 billion won vs. planned 14.925 billion won (subscription rate 18.1%).
All three are unlisted with auto-call features and monthly coupons (0.375%~0.4225% of face value).
Issuer may cancel issuance if total subscription amount is less than 300 million won (all exceeded).
Proceeds to be used for hedging derivatives and stock trading related to underlying assets.
