Correction of Debt Guarantee Decision - Extension of Guarantee Period and Condition Change

Enchem corrected its decision to guarantee a loan of KRW 59,733,720,000 (CNY 284,000,000) from CATL to its subsidiary Shidai Sikang New Materials Co., Ltd.
Extended deadline for CATL's existing guarantee removal to June 30, 2026 (previously January 31, 2026)
Also extended collateral period to 2025.12.23~2026.06.30 (previously 2025.12.23~2026.02.28)
Guarantee amount: KRW 59,733,720,000 (12.8% of equity), guarantee period: 2025.12.23~2028.02.27
Collateral: 49% stake in ShingHwa Amperex Corporation, 15% stake in DFD Yangfu New Materials Co., Ltd.
If CATL's guarantee on the target company's existing debt (KRW 95,448,132,594 out of KRW 116,481,132,594) is not removed by the deadline, penalty may arise.
