Major shareholders including CEO Lee Boo-jin and specially related parties acquired a total of 300,446 common shares through open market purchases in April-May 2026.
CEO Lee Boo-jin personally purchased 300,000 shares (in three transactions of 100,000 each), increasing her holdings from 0 to 300,000 shares.
Samsung Life Insurance (special account) also purchased 24,466 shares, raising the total holdings of major shareholders to 6,954,520 shares, with ownership ratio increasing from 16.64% to 17.39%.
The major shareholders' total ownership ratio is 17.39% of the 40,000,000 total outstanding shares.
