Samsung Electronics to Invest 12 Billion Won in National AI Computing Center Consortium
Samsung Electronics resolved on April 30, 2026 to invest 12 billion won in the 'National AI Computing Center Consortium', a related party (to be affiliated).
Purpose is to participate in a public-private joint venture SPC to foster AI R&D environment and domestic AI computing ecosystem.
Investment period is from May 2026 to January 2027, to be paid in two installments.
