DL's subsidiary DL E&C received a court injunction on 2026.04.29 suspending the termination notice (issued 2026.04.11) for the Sangdae-won 2 district housing redevelopment project (contract value 984.9 billion KRW, 13.3% of 2025 consolidated revenue), temporarily restoring its constructor status.
The court suspended the effect of the union's resolution and contract termination; DL E&C will continue legal proceedings including the main suit.
The contract amount excludes VAT; the project had significantly progressed (demolition completed) since DL E&C was selected as constructor in 2015 before the union's termination decision.
