Delisting Review Scheduled After Improvement Plan Submission

Charm Engineering, designated for review by the Corporate Review Committee on April 8, 2026, submitted an improvement plan on April 29, 2026.
Korea Exchange will announce the review result within 20 business days from the submission date (by June 1, 2026).
Depending on the result, one of the following will be decided: delisting, grant of improvement period, or resumption of trading.
There is a risk of delisting, but the submission of the improvement plan also opens the possibility of resumption of trading.
