Signed Supply Contract for Fuel Cell Power Equipment for North American Data Centers (approx. 319 billion won, 6.42% of sales)

LS Electric has signed a contract to supply switchgear and distribution transformers for a fuel cell-based power equipment project for North American data centers, ordered by Bloom Energy, through its subsidiary LS ELECTRIC AMERICA Inc.
The contract value is approximately 319 billion won (USD 216,526,100, excluding VAT), representing 6.42% of consolidated sales (about 4.97 trillion won) as of end of 2025.
The contract period is from April 28, 2026 to March 29, 2027, with payments to be claimed according to product delivery schedules.
Although the contract is with a subsidiary, it signals positive expansion into the North American data center market and renewable energy-related business.
