Samsung Securities issued 3 types of equity-linked derivative bonds (Series 2867-2869) linked to KT common stock, raising a total of approximately KRW 7,768,890,000 (Series 2867: KRW 69 million, Series 2868: KRW 5,099 million, Series 2869: KRW 2,600 million)
Each bond has an exercise price of 300% of the initial reference price. At maturity, if the final reference price is at or above the exercise price, yields of 0.71%, 1.51%, and 3.16% are paid respectively; otherwise, yields of 0.7%, 1.5%, and 3.15% are paid
Proceeds will be used for hedging purposes, investing in the underlying asset and related derivatives
