NH Investment & Securities decided to issue two series of Equity-Linked Bonds (ELB) totaling 29.3 billion won, with underlying assets being common shares of Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motor respectively
Monthly coupon conditions: Samsung (70% barrier) max 6.84% p.a., Hyundai (65% barrier) max 6.00% p.a., principal guaranteed at maturity (100% repayment even if barrier breached)
Issuer credit rating AA+ (Korea Ratings), unlisted, not covered by depositor protection, public offering to Hana Bank trust clients
