Daewoo Engineering & Construction decided to provide a joint guarantee of 91 billion won (debt amount 70 billion won) to IBK Capital for mid-term loans to buyers of Pyeongtaek Poseung Knowledge Industry Center
Guarantee period: 2025-01-20 ~ 2026-07-31, board resolution (internal decision) date: 2026-04-28 (initial decision 2024-12-17, delayed disclosure due to threshold)
Guarantee amount is 2.62% of equity (consolidated equity as of 2025.12.31: 3.4746 trillion won)
Total guarantee balance (limit) is 12.4788 trillion won, including PF-related guarantee limit of 1.1059 trillion won (unused 45 billion) and general debt guarantee limit of 11.3729 trillion won (unused 4.4570 trillion won)
Major guarantor balances (over 10% of equity): Twinworks PFV 890 billion won, Cube Gwangan PFV 893.9 billion won, Hannam 2 Redevelopment Association 698.4 billion won, etc.
