Kyobo Securities decided to issue three types of equity-linked bonds (ELB) totaling KRW 39.78 billion (Issues 12489: KRW 9.93B, 12490: KRW 14.925B, 12491: KRW 14.925B)
Principal-protected at maturity (low/medium risk) with coupon payments linked to underlying asset prices (KOSPI200, Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix) and automatic early redemption conditions
Issue 12489 (KOSPI200): 5.10% p.a. coupon, 3-year maturity, early redemption barrier 90%; Issue 12490 (Samsung Electronics): 4.86% p.a. coupon, 1.5-year maturity, barrier 100%; Issue 12491 (SK Hynix): 5.34% p.a. coupon, 1.5-year maturity, barrier 100%
Issuer credit rating AA- (Korea Ratings / NICE Investors Service), unsecured, unlisted, not covered by depositor protection; proceeds to be used for hedging and investments
