Enchem decided to dispose of its 49% stake in SHINGHWA AMPEREX for 49.037 billion won, representing 10.19% of its equity.
Purpose is to secure cash liquidity to focus on core business; proceeds will be received in two installments (1st: 100 million CNH, 2nd: 126.156 million CNH).
