COSMAX NBT decided to liquidits wholly-owned subsidiary Doctor DNA (capital KRW 5.25 billion, 10.7% of equity) through a shareholders' resolution to dissolve, with the dissolution event occurring on April 27, 2026.
Recovery of residual assets is expected upon completion of liquidation, but the recovery rate relative to the investment amount is uncertain.
After the dissolution resolution, liquidation procedures will proceed in accordance with relevant laws.
