Slight Upward Adjustment of 5th CB Conversion Price from 4,241 Won to 4,262 Won
Daesung Hi-Tech adjusted the conversion price of its 5th unlisted convertible bond upward from 4,241 won to 4,262 won.
The adjustment is due to the market price increase clause; the reference price (11,814.82 won) was higher than the existing conversion price (initial 4,262 won, previous 4,241 won).
The adjusted price will be effective from April 26, 2026.
