Issuance of 10 Billion Won Retirement Pension ELS (2 Types)

NH Investment & Securities decides to issue 10 billion won worth of retirement pension ELS (2 types: 42nd and 43rd)
42nd series: underlying Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, 3-year maturity, annual return 14.55% (if early redeemed), knock-in barrier 40% (max loss 40%)
43rd series: underlying SK Hynix and Micron Technology, 2-year maturity, annual return 12.6%, knock-in barrier 35% (max loss 40%)
Both products are high-difficulty financial instruments (Grade 1) and not protected by deposit insurance
Issuer credit rating AA+ (KIS, as of 2026/03/25)
Proceeds to be used for hedging transactions
