Agabang&Company fully acquired 2,043,785 treasury shares (average cost approx. KRW 4,893) via a KRW 10 billion trust agreement with NH Investment & Securities (period: 2026.01.27–2026.07.27), achieving 100% utilization of the trust amount.
Total treasury shares held increased to 7,224,627 shares (22.0% of 32,887,536 outstanding shares), consisting of directly held 5,180,842 shares (15.8%) and trust-held 2,043,785 shares (6.2%).
